they illegally protect Ds and Wii from homebrew, for example it's my choice to modify my Wii to play Dvd's and videos/music off usb for example, but they have every right to attack piracy
so, it's program developers fault that they've released programs and devices to play games illegally, to the public
by the way, using programs to play roms/isos on Ds/Wii is not illegal, but to download games you do not own is illegal and i am against it, as Nintendo is
but the same happens all the time, people are downloading a ton of movies and music off the internet for free, same for PC games, almost every internet user is a pirate...
also, Sony was very smart this time with Ps3, at least Ps3 is safe from piracy
i hope piracy is not the reason that many hard-core Wii games fail
PSP is in a helpless situation.... : (
