I hope Nintendo is able to get this overturned asap. Piracy is bad for Nintendo. Homebrew is bad for Nintendo. Making the Wii play DVDs? Give me a damn break. That was NEVER what the Wii was intended for and you know it. It's just another way to pirate software under the weak banner of "independent content creation".
