A) I agree.
B) However this applies for Sony and Microsoft too... If upheld it means licensing fees go bye bye... as does Loss leading platforms.
Which means we'll never see a PS3 again. Well unless they wanna sell it for the 800-900 it cost at launch + shipping.
If this goes worldwide... or even most of europe. Expect console generations to last... well generations.
