Why Nintendo should let the next 2D Mario be on PlayStation 3

Mario needs a lift in quality, and Little Big Planet is the only way i see it happening.

Nintendo Would pay sony to take their mascot off them sounds a bit strange, Mario doesn't need much of a lift in quality anyway at the moment, he's got enough quality up his sleeves for now.  I think many people would think similar too.

Sony wont be taking Mario OFF Nintendo, Sony will just be making him better, and more popular.

I don't think people will like mario more because he's on a sony system and how can he be any better since Nintendo has alredy made it so he can't be much better than he is now.
