Why do we have story in games anyway?
I mean when I want to read a book I'll do so and when I want to watch a movie I'll do that.
I think gaming would be taken more seriously as a entertainment medium if it stopped trying to emulate other mediums and focused on gameplay as a whole and not just a part of the gamers experience.
