Errr for me it's the dungeons the most important aspect... that is puzles, exploration, objects and how to use them... that's both game design and gameplay for me...
though I don't thing graphics are usefull at all (afterall I love this series since the 1st one, heck I even prefer the 2D ones).
Music is important... but that's mainly nostalgia :p
So from your list i'd really pick #2 and #1 puzzles... cause I think the gamedesign should be part of this one and not #4 :p
so there that's what I like in zelda!
