Take two has always been a badly managed company (financial wise at least). The only reason they've made it this far is basically GTA provided them a boost.
They would've gone bankrupt years ago otherwise. Even on the year GTA4 came out, one of the biggest games this generation, they barely made any sizable profits.
EA was stupid to make a bid for them but TT was even dumber for not accepting!
