Why do you think so many people already knew it was on rails?
I mean... if you'd looked at any of the early screenshots it was obvious.
How is that going to work not on rails? I mean think.
People have been talking about it being on rails since 2008... so it's really just you.
It was made with the same intentions as the project HAMMER game.
