noname2200 said: Ah, that would help explain it then. No, one tribute per mission is more than acceptable (it starts to slowly decline the more you collect tribute on a single map: I figured you were staying there for twenty days each or some such...). If you're just drawing bad cards, there's not much to be done, save for avoiding certain levels until you raise your rep enough to recruit the characters. Avoid the Sky Islands, Kastro, and...I can't remember where Norn is. Hope for a better luck when drawing cards. Most importantly, think of who is liberating those towns. If it's mostly units with poor charisma, liberations actually hurt your rep, so make sure you only send your purdiest units to do that. Don't worry though, villagers only care about the charisma of the unit who liberated them: after liberation, you can park all the liches, werewolves, and vampires in their town square that you want, and they won't bat an eye. |
All right..... all right. Gotcha.
I'll be sure to take my units with the best Charisma and Alignment and use them exclusively to liberate. I've been using Canopus, but honestly, his Gryphon? It's pretty gastly. May be affecting things.
My Opinion Leader would be good at this job, actually.
Edit: Twenty days? Who has that kind of time!? I guess you could just buy a ton of Sunbeams, but damnation
