Doing Great with PS3... faltering with PSP. What happened?

Well price is definitely one we all accept but there are other issues I argue for.  But even if price was the main cause, that is a marketing and development failure on the part of Sony who had to have known something similar given that.  If we could all see it a mile away then we know they could.  So why such lack of confidence in their brand and why release that at all.  Especially all of that happening while they are thinking and doing the exact opposite with their PS3.

Other than price I have no idea what the issue is. I find it to be an absolutely awesome device.

It will sell easily 65k+ lifetime, possibly higher and has given Sony a good footing in the handheld market, something no other handheld developer has done when pitted up against the juggernaut that is Nintendo.
