Heavy Rain - February 8, 2010 in Japan

OPM listed this as a February 16th release in NA. For Japan they would get it just 2 days later, which would make sense right since the 16th is a Tuesday and games release then in NA and the 18th is a Thursday, which if I am not mistaken, is the day when games release in Japan?

If so, how many of the dates could possibly be correct from that OPM list?

I believe they also wanted to aim for a worldwide release and this would be the closest they could do right?
