What you call Q2 is Apple fiscal Q2 and correspond to calendar Q1...

 

The number was quoted by Apple CFO to be 37 millions at the start of April 2009.

Apple reported they sold 5.2 millions Iphone alone in April-June so the total number Iphone +Ipod touch sure wasn't 41.17 millions units by end of June 2009 :P
