I am a web developer / designer. I have recently started my own company. I can tell you, these are not good professionals.
1) Firstly, I wouldn't dream of avoiding 50% marketshare no matter how hard it was.
2) I wouldn't dare insult my clients and then expect them to buy my products (EA and their DS "test", Capcom and their "Wii couldn't handle the first screen")
3) I wouldn't accuse my clients for my incompetence (lazy work = no $)
4) I wouldn't differentiate my clients (offer a great website for someone at 500€ and another one a crappy one for the same price)
5) If I start bleeding money left and right, I might consider changing my business plan SO FAR.
