"Production values" roughly translates into effort used to make something look great - a game on the Wii can have production values that would be absolutely stunning, atl east enough so that technology is not the primary driving factor of leaving behind the platform
I misspoke; I agree with you concerning the demographic problem, just not the reason for it.
