Help I Can't See My Or Anyone's Games Collection!!!!!

I'm going to bump this because my collection has been going extremely slow as of late. I'm just curious if it's the same for others...

Also, whenever I edit boxarts, they revert back afterwards, but this is probably me doing something wrong.
