Samsung LED is probably a good guess, but that about as qualified an answer I can give you 
OLED is a new way of making screens that a thinner, use less power and provide much better picture (more colors, higher contrast). LED TVs a form of transition from LCD to OLED. They are better than LCD but not on par with OLED.
