For those of you wanting true 1:1 in a sports game, you need to really consider what you are asking for. If you have difficulty playing real tennis, don't expect to be the next virtual Andre Agassi using 1:1 controls.
Sega already stated they had to go with non-1:1 because it was simply too difficult to handle unless you had a solid background in the real game already and that wasn't the goal of the game. It's almost an arcade style tennis game, not a simulator.
