Sony - No backwards compatibility; Treating Europe like second grade customers even though it's Sony's strongest userbase; Playstation Network is still lacking some key features; Not enough marketing, Unable to keep their exclusive titles from previous generations; Falling from 1st place after 15 years of beeing industry leader
Microsoft - As of late they seems delusional, too self confident and arrogant (Sony 3 years ago); Manufacturing low quality hardware with over 30% failure rate; Lack of support for 3rd party hardware accessories; Paying for what should be free; Lack of own 1st party developers > buying exclusive playstation titles
Nintendo - Living in past, hardware, system, online are relics of previous generations; Lack of quality titles, unless they are made by Nintendo and even then, not everything is top notch; Waggle waggle waggle, motion plus should be present at launch
