360 - Needs more exclusives. We all know about Halo, Left 4 Dead, Gears, Crackdown, Mass Effect (no guarantee it stays exclusive), Forza, Splinter Cell, etc. But I could make a list triple this size on good PS3 exclusives. This is the main reason I sold my 360. I know it gets all the multiplat games but more exclusives would be nice.
PS3 - I'm actually having a tough time thinking of complaints. I guess my only thoughts are the online still isn't as good as XBL, firmware updates take like 20 minutes, and it has longer load times then 360 thanks to Blu-ray.
Wii - I've never owned a Wii so I'm basing this off what I've read/heard. Of course I have to mention lousy party games/casual games (which isn't Nintendo's fault) and lack of good new IP's (which is Nintendo's fault).
