PS2 is repeating itself with PS3, domination begins in 2010

Except for price all those are good arguments. $299 is a great launch price, $599 is not.

Oh and by 2001 I'm pretty sure PS2 had Gran Turismo 3, Grand Theft Auto 3, Grand Theft Auto Vice City, and probably a few more good ones. I think it had Ratchet & Clank by 2001 too.
