Best N64 Developer: Rare or Nintendo

Well it's hard to choose. Let me see... I own every Rare game except Mickey Speedway USA! And 8 of those Nintendo titles are missing in my library. So I have to say Rare had better quality and Nintendo wins in quantity in the N64 era.
