That's not  true Naz, they are very helpful espacially when i have problem sleeping.

It doesn't really put me to sleep as much as into a catatonic stupor at the lack of anything whatsoever interesting going on. I'd rather play Oblivion than watch soccer.

OK now that's just harsh. I'd bang my head off a wall for hours before turning to Oblivion.
