"Sexual" ESRB type rating given to FFXIIIIt has already been touched on in another thread, but it obviously deserves it's own.
This site http://multiplayergamers.com/node/236 outlines new ratings that have been in place for games in Japan since 2004.
There is both a "Romance" rating and a "Sexual" rating. FFXIII has the latter. All other ratings pertain to violence, drug use, gambling etc.
So FFXIII has a rating that apparently suggests sexuality above and beyond what would be though of as "romantic." At the risk of peepee jokes abounding on such a thread; I'm really curious what this means for FFXIII. Commence confabulation!

well apparently lightning l'cie mark is on her Breast.....so that could be the reason?
