Darth I think he calls it a spin, because it is ignoring the fact that competitor is now doing better. If that statement was standalone and not in this thread, it would never be called a spin.

That's exactly what i meant actually. His statement is a fact for sure, but in this current gen sales thread to me, it's a spin. If this was one of Darth's world wide sales threads from Holiday 08 and i said "wow, PS3 sales aren't that bad, it's holding steady at it's high price considering the 360 just dropped to $199".

All of that is a fact, but the fact that i bring it up in the thread is trying to justify the lower sales. It's a new yr, the sales are different. To me, it's a spin, and vise versa from 08. (thus far) That is all i meant by it...
