We should get alerts when someone QUOTE or REPLY on our post respone

I love the idea of know when someone responds specifically to you, but I hate the red text on gray background (I hate red text in general).

It just in general hurts my eyes and I can't really read it.

It's not as bad on my monitor at work, but it's terrible on my laptop screen and I just can't read it.
