I doubt it. The Japanese got one day of a price cut last week (the Japanese are notorious first-day shoppers) and saw a +270% spike in hardware because of it. Even with that spike, it barely outsold the 360 by the amount it needs this week to gain second place in overall sales.
It's possible but I wouldn't bet on it.
