So let's see - they killed the cooldown on Adept's Force P- er, I mean, biotic powers, and gave him "incredible" accuracy with all firearms. And Adepts never needed damage or HP bonuses to begin with.
It may change in time, but right now I'm getting "overpowered" -vibes quite a bit.
