If it's OLFC rated, it's pretty much a lock to come to the US too.  Nintendo likely worked out a deal with Atlus to use the english localization... I just hope they don't charge a premium because of it.

Meh. What's a premium for a VC game? I paid 1200 points for Sin & Punishment. Two bucks isn't enough to affect my decision process.

That's 200 points that could go to other VC games (like hopefully Mischief Makers).  I won't lie though, 1000 or 1200 points, I'll still pay it.  Happily.
