Ok Wii is up 6k this week. I guess the expected Wii surge in sales for the holidays starts now and next week it will rise more and in the process leaving the PS3 behind. Preorders for NSMBW are rising like mad and that game is going to be absolutely massive in Japan. The jury is still out in regards of it being a great hardwaremover but the holidayeffect alone should push Wii way up the forthcoming weeks. Wii will most likely beat PS3 up until FF13 week and then we´ll see how things turn out.
Overall DS is crushing the competition both hardware and softwarewise. There is no question who is the king in Japan for the year of 2009 (2005-2009 has belonged to DS). I predict that DSiLL will sell very good in December and surprise a lot of people with it´s popularity. All in all things are looking very likely that we will see another Nintendodominated December in Japan.
