Yeah, that's correct... I looked it up myself after doing everyething the "good" way and being screwed.
Basically have a high alignment unit, Low alignment unit and a "nuetral" unit.
Try to match the morale of the town with the alignment of your unit.
Free good towns with good guys, and evil towns with evil guys.
Or at least that's how i remember it... you've got like a 15-20 point difference.
That and don't take Nuetral towns.
