What does the IP got to do with you being retard? Hey, you said it yourself. And about the topic... So, if EA needs CELL, why are they making games for other platforms? Calling Harry Potter a kiddy game is a bit strange, because it's a game that kids aren't interested in. Unlike the FPS:s, which EA is going to make to PS3 -> Kiddy games for kiddy console. And all the others for Wii.
