I agree with this. 100% a good idea. I've often missed comments directed at me and one person even left an angry message on my wall once fr not replying.
If it's implemented well it would be awesome. I would say that there should be a bolded option on the 'My Recent' threads section that takes you straight to the page with the quote/reply. That would be awesome.
