The only problem (and when I say problem I mean "added to the difficulty significantly") was World 7-Tower... where you have to direct the platform all while avoiding Bob-ombs. Moving the platform and Mario simultaneously was pretty difficult (But I'm guessing it was supposed to be. 
).
Other than that, the propeller suit mechanic just feels soooo good when you shake the WiiMote to fly into the sky. Love it!
Other than that, I really don't have an issue with anything else. Wonderful game.
