This memory lockout happened way before the bannings.  And it can only get worse for pirates.  People who legally purchase and enjoy their Xbox Live, games, storage, etc. are all fine

Thats true, is just that ms is attacking any base they can find thats running illiegal pirating and hacking, and its only going to get worse  when the pirates and hackers come back and retaliate ten fold.
