thnx for clearing up that pound-kilogram ratio issue. Well i diet because i haven't changed my lifestyle all that much, i have always played a big amount of sports, yet due to my large amount of eating i always stayed at 156 pounds (somewhere around that anyway). That of course caused me to have a signifcant belly :P. As i am now, i can say that if i worked on my stomach muscles i would be considered to be very well built. As i am now(with an little plump for muscles :P) people think that i still have too much fat on me.

 

Edit: Now with the correct ratio it seems that before i started dieting i weighed 187 ounds and currently i weigh some 158. How does that sound?
