PS3 will reach 5 million before the Wii reaches 10 million.
PS3 sits on 3.89 million sales. Momentum of recent PS3 Slim launch with cheaper price. PS3 only has 1.11 million to go to reach 5 million. FFXIII launching end of 2009 and Gran Turismo 5 to be launched in March 2010.
Wii sits on 8.75 million ltd sales. Wii needs to sell 1.25 million to reach 10 million.
Both targets will be reached in Q1 2010, but PS3 will get there first by a week or two.
