I understand where Garnett is coming from. Let us say you bought a bunch of stuff from the marketplace and you want to watch a movie but your ISP went down for maintenance or whatever, you are not allowed to use any of your movies.
Say I buy a ton of movies and I moved, but need to wait a week or so to have my ISP come and set it up at my new place, once again I have no access to what I purchased.
Having to be connected to view what you own is ridiculous.
I am pretty sure if I buy a movie off PSN I can view it at any time, whether I am connected or not.
