OP asked if Nintendo is ever going to "MAKE" an M rated title.
Geist was MADE by N-space, the devs of titles like Marvel Ultimate Alliance and Winter.
Eternal Darkness was MADE by Silicon Knights. Creators of Too Human.
Neither of which was MADE by Nintendo I believe.
Publishing a game is not the same as what the OP is asking.
