It depends how far the market develops. I remember running a mega drive emulator for my S60 nokia 6600 in 2004. We can now have Dreamcast quality games on your iphone/touch. And nowwe have Tegra,which is steps ahead. Emulation isnt that hard- there are plenty of talented coders out there.
If the DC could emulate psone(bleemcast) and the 360 can emulate original Xbox games- then I'd say the best PC hardware of 2010 should be able to run PS360 games in emulation.
Point is.. would you really care to?
Although I gotta admit I ran VF2(model2) on my PC and the game looked brilliant in 1080P
Doubt is not a pleasant condition, but certainty is absurd.

a. a AAA 3D sonic title
b. a nintendo developed game that has a "M rating"
c. redesgined PS controller
d. SEGA back in the console business
e. M$ out of the OS business
