We should get alerts when someone QUOTE or REPLY on our post respone

That'd be cool, even if a little impractical. Sometimes, I visit a thread and I won't come back to it for days (if ever). Then, I realize that somebody had quoted me or asked me a question. It makes me look like a douche since I didn't reply or at least acknowledge them.
