It's been pretty obvious for a while now that it's bad science at best and a religion at worst. Look at the way Freeman Dyson (a real scientist!) and Bjørn Lomborg (a real environmentalist!) are treated as heretics. Meanwhile, Al Gore (who thinks it's millions of degrees just two miles beneath our feet 
) is the big fucking expert because of his hyperbole and ignorance.
