Well the real question is: How many people are downloading stuff off PSN with the purchase of the PSP Go (five games? ten games? one game? Whats the attach rate? Only Sony really knows here)  and how much is Sony making off the Go?

If Sony is making $20+ off each Go sold and a few dollars (or more) off each PSN title then the PSP Go really isn't a flop. Once Sony can afford to cut the price and still make a nice profit off the Go then it will take off. Honestly with all of Sony's red ink anything in profit is good for them.

If anything I am somewhat glad the PSP Go isn't flying off any shelves so digital distribution can still be MANY years off. Once they get the pricing right I'll be all for it (Steam sales kick butt.) I'm just waiting to see who has the cahones to make a DD only console.

It's just that simple.
