For some reason these games have always done terrible in the first two weeks or so then picked up after.

R&C games have always sold better in North America apart from Tools of destruction which did kind terrible for a ratchet game in he states but brilliant in Europe. I think the low PS3 userbase in NA held the franchise back on the PS3.

Now that the PS3 is selling better in North America where the franchise is most popular and its now more popular in europe then ever The is really no reason why this game cant do between 2-3 million. I would say closer to two though.

R&C simply isn't front loaded game. And probably a lot of people are waiting with buying them till they are price dropped.

The issue with that is that the price takes a long time to drop.
