Yes I accept that R&C didn't make the NPD top ten, and debuted at #16 in the UK, and did not make any other Europe top 5/10's for the most part that I saw.

 

The 25 million thing, well, I dont know how previous ones sold. But sales can be very inflated by the bargain bin/greatest hits etc. There was an interview once with a PC guy about this, technically their game sold millions but it really wasnt close to that because most were sold for pennies. R&C seems like one of those games that would sell and sell at $20 on PS2 for years and years, so yeah I believe it.

 

But I'm just saying, if Sony fans are going to try to spin a failure like R&C as a hit, which they are in this thread, well then pretty much every game is a huge hit by that standard. For example, Forza 3 is really really massive humungous hit by comparison lol.
