Why are you all using GT5:P to discredit Forza 3. I mean come on it might be a demo but it is still from the GT franchise.

I like my fellow PS owners but one thing i will not tolerate from no-one is hypocrisy. I am sure many of you are fast to cry foul when someone says Killzone 2, Resistance 2 did crap because it failed to reach Halo 3 1st week numbers and got "CRUSHED" by what is no more then a Halo expansion by the name of ODST.

I am sure if halo released a multiplayer demo before it released that it would have outsold Resistance. I mean dam its fucking Halo. Like how GT is fucking Gran Turismo.

LBP didnt sell like mario so is that a flop?
KZ2, R2, R1 didnt sell like a Halo so is that a flop?
Forza isnt going to sell like a Gran Turismo so is it a flop?
Godfather, saints row 1+2 isnt going to sell like a Grand Theft Auto so is it a flop?

Even though i know you people didnt use the word flop you still used one of the strongest franchises in the gaming world to discredit the sales of game that is doing well.

Thanks man. I have had alot of crap today. Loads of predictions on this site have been loads worse than mine. Yet I am getting singled out. I really am beginning to hate the site. I dont even wanna voice my opinion of prediction anymore after today. Everytime I do, I will be singled out. Yet many threads open with ludicrous predictions and people try and defend it? I'm lost.

BHR. you. I also get singled out aswell. Many of the predictions i have made i got laughed at. People calling me stupid and then months down the line even a year or so people have bumped my threads saying oh yuo was right.

I have had preidciotn Fail like when i said the Wii would go as low as 10K in japan. I was laughed at called stupid. But it got within a few K which noone at the time would ever have thought.

To be honest the problem you have is that you love Forza. But a lot more people love GT and they will pounce on you anychance they get when you praise forza or predict something about it. If i was in your situation i would just move on to the next batch of prediction and forget about Forza. And remember even though i have been called crazy they have flat said i was a complete fool because i have lots of numbers ready and waiting in the OP to back what i'm saying.

 

Shit i am going on a bit now aint i lmao i am getting a little carried away.

Oh one last thing i think my worst prediction so far is the one when i said PS3 08 others will outsell PS2 2003 others or something like that. And it would have happened had it not been for the 360 price-cut. That what i tell myself anyway.

I dont think Forza 3 will sell as well as forza 2 unless it is carried to those numbers. If you look at the graph for Forza 2 then you will see not many units were sold outside the bundle. Forza 3 should follow the same kinda pattern as Resistance 2 or something but at th emoment it is being havily bundled and i dont know to what extent they will carry on for.

For the time being untill i find out more about the bundle situation i will put this game at 2.5 million life time sales
