What are you talking about? M=Microsoft, G=Game, S=Studio. And when was the first Metal Gear Solid released, and when was Microsoft Game studio founded?

 

Metal Gear Solid was released in 1998.

 

Microsoft Game Studios was founded in 2002.

Doesn't matter anyway.  It's not like Konami can trademark an acronym XD
