how about u hold down a trigger button to go into high stance....done, but thats not my point, ppl are makin it seem like NMH abused the motion segments when theey wernt really there...u pushing more buttons than u were motion..they exclusion of motion( maybe) will be missed but lets not paint a not so accurate picture of how substantail they were to the game

Oh, the game will be easy to replicate with just a pad.  Even finishers.  Hell, NMH2 already has Classic Controller support too.

And i think people are talking more about substantial appeal with the motion controls.  They were just really well implemented and fun, I definitely think the game "loses something" without them.

Thats a fine answer..i cool with that, its just this:  " i dont care more ppl can enjoy it.......... but but but it wont be as cool as Wii version becuase of the ultimate motion experience it offered( when the motion was only used in a handful of the full game)

Eh, I'd say they were the highlight of the game. It made better use of standard motion than any other Wii game I know, besides maybe Wii Sports. I'm not exaggerating - I don't normally play beat-em-up's, but the game's awesome combat had me hooked. In a boss fight, it doesn't get any better than dropping their ass with the motion-controlled wrestling moves.

So, for me personally, it did offer the "ultimate motion experience," regardless of how sparse it was. That's probably what makes it work so well, actually - since motion is used for only the most powerful attacks, it makes you feel your slashes are meaningful, so I'd always go nuts on it. Notice this isn't the case anymore when you get so powerful that every other attack is a finisher (which is when the combat gets dull).

Now that I think about it, it's disappointing there aren't other Wii games controlled like this.

As for the topic, obviously I don't care if HD consoles get a port, as it was an afterthought so it didn't affect the Wii's awesome version. Anything I miss out on can be HD youtube'd, no loss.

I actually agree with you 100%.

Well except for the fact that i do play beat em ups... I play lots of them.
