the only one that WILL upgrade in the short time to come is nintendo wii....... that is if they wan't to finally be apart of this generation in gaming. but they really don't have to, wii fit and sports are doing just fine, it's up to nintendo if they want to become a game company again

Why wouldn't the 360 figure into the situation whether I mention it or not? Of course the 360 is there, and if MS replaces it, you really think Sony will just stick with the PS3 only? You think companies will continue to support the PS3, no, they'll either support the Wii with its larger base or go to the next gen, the PS3 base on its own is too small for third parties, which is why many third party games are multiplats across bot the PS3 and 360.

that's what i meant the 360 is the reason the ps3 is not getting the 3rd party support it used to, if the 360 wasn't here its entire fanbase would be on the ps3 and so would the 3rd party support. the only thing keeping the ps3 back was the 360........ being cheaper. from what im getting you really think think 3rd partyies would suppport the wii. They should be supporting the wii now no? They have the largest market share, the higest selling games of all time, and a hugh install base...... but no 3rd party support why, because its not a game console, for gamers....... jesus is it really that hard. Look the amount of gamers who own the wii as a game console is 2x as small as the the gamecube. only thing keeping wii in this division is the name nintendo........
