I do haveo agree with WEWdeadeye...who the heck sends in a $600 machine and doesn't clean it a bit first?

If my console stopped working, I'd clean it as much as I could, because (A) who knows, that could fix the problem, but mainly (B) I wouldn't want them to think I neglected my console. I bet Sony would have fixed it if it wasn't so dusty...and even if the customer didn't realize they'd be dicks about the dust...he would have been smart to clean it up.
