I think the Top Gear point is very good.
Top Gear is a very popular show around the world and already has featured Gran Turismo products on it before. I think the show will definitely get the word out about GT5 and the Top Gear Test Track as well as Stig times being in the game. And as a result sales in Europe will be absolutely massive.
And just because of Europe I think the GT5 will have the potential to have a better first week than any other exclusive game this generation.
Also keep in mind, that by the time GT5 releases globally the PS3 userbase should be somewhere between 35-40 million, maybe more.
